Manchester City will pay the release clause of Barcelona star Sergi Roberto.
That is according to Don Balon, who say the Blues are ready to fork out the €40million required to take prise midfielder Roberto away from the Nou Camp.
The 25-year-old came through the youth ranks at La Masia, making his senior debut in 2010.
Roberto has proved his worth with his versatility, featuring both in midfield and at left-back and right-back with regularity during his time in Catalonia.
